This German postcard features an illustration by F. Kock of stereotypical
Jews being chased out of town by Nazi flags. It is number nine in a series of cards printed by Leopold Stocker Publisher in Graz, Germany, advertising an exhibition coming to Vienna called “Der Ewige Jude” (“The Eternal Jew” or “The Wandering Jew”). The travelling exhibition opened in Munich on 8 November 1937 and was the Nazis’ largest pre-war Antisemitic exhibit. A stamp on the reverse is dated 30 March 1938.
