Our Destruction in Pictures

Our Destruction in Pictures is a pictorial record of the Holocaust, published in 1946 by the Central Committee of the Liberated Jews in the British War Zone. It contains 115 photographs with text in Yiddish, Hebrew, English and German. The images, which were found on arrested SS soldiers, were taken mostly in Bedzin and Lodz Ghettos and Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp.
This copy of Our Destruction in Pictures was gifted to Isaac Ault “in memory of the terrible years in Lemgau Camp, Belsen, 1948,” as noted in the inscription on the inside cover.
