To fully experience the Museum's facilities, allow 2-3 hours. A 40 min guided tour takes place at 12 noon every day GUIDES Volunteer guides are on the floor to orientate visitors. Many guides are Holocaust survivors with whom visitors are encouraged to interact informally. A guided tour may be arranged for your group. For large groups, a presentation by a Holocaust survivor can be scheduled. At least two weeks prior notice is requested. FILM A 12-minute introductory film screens hourly. A special viewing may be scheduled for your group. (Screening times may sometimes vary depending on schools visits) SPECIAL NEEDS There are rest spots throughout the Museum. Wheelchair access is available and a toilet for the disabled is located on the lower ground floor. Visitors should call to discuss any special needs they have before their visit. FOREIGN VISITORS Many volunteers speak European languages. Special language services may be arranged with advance notice. SHOP The Museum Shop stocks a wide range of souvenirs, Judaica, gift ware and Holocaust literature. Australian travellers cheques and most credit cards are accepted.
